i have noticed some side effects since i started taking just over a month. blurred vision, jumping nerves in eye, mood and behavior changes, and dry mouth. the behavior changes have been the worst. my boyfriend is ready to kill me. but going to try to hang in there til i reach my goal weight. dont have alot to lose.

What dose are you taking? I take a 1/2 of a 37.5 pill and I have had the dry-mouth and bad taste in the mouth but no behavior/mood issues at all. Perhaps you should consider reducing your dose? Also, the blurred vision and jumping nerves in your eye could also be caused by a lack of sufficient sleep. Are you finding it difficult to sleep (a common side effect)? If so, reducing your dose may also help with that.
But if nothing seems to help, then you might want to evaluate whether the benefit is enough for you to continue on the medication. Good luck! :)
