Testicle Pain and Ejaculate after Unination

So this goes out to my guys...

Been on the phen. for just over a week now, and I've started feeling pain in my testicles. Along with the feeling of being kiced in the groin, I have noticed a change after urination. Because of the excess amount of water I'm drinking, I find myself running to the bathroom quite often. However, the urge a man gets to squeeze the last couple of drops out remains. So as I bare down the last bit of urine will come along with ejaculate. I've searched but can't find anything on the subject. I have a healthy sexual realtionship, and masturbate regularly, so it isn't the case. Can any guys offer some input on this?

i am a guy and have been on phen for 9 days now. i dont have the pain in my testicles, but... i have had the ejaculation. i have had to masturbate more than usual. why this is idk but your testicle problem sounds serious. consult with your doctor.

I started a 30 day supply of Phentermine in May. While I was taking it, I started having daily pain in my testicles, painful ejaculation and painful urination. Basically, ejaculation and urination felt the same and not at all pleasurable. I also had trouble urinating with a weak stream and dribble afterwards. I'd also have the urge to ejaculate after urination. To top it off, I had trouble getting and keeping an erection. Needless to say, my sex life with my girlfriend was not very exciting for that month. It was suggested that I had an infection in my testicles so I tried an antibiotic. That didn't help.

I stopped taking the Phentermine at the end of the 30 days loosing 25 lbs. Within a couple days, my sexual problems and pain were all gone and back to normal. I took 30 days off from taking Phentermine as my Dr. suggested. We made up for the lost sex time in a BIG way during those 30 days. Sex seemed better. Maybe it was the weight loss and exercise!! LOL

Anyway, the 30 day off period just ended and I started back on Phentermine. This is my second day back on it. Last night, we had a quickie. I noticed that I was again having some problems with my erection not reaching it's full potential. This morning, I woke up and the testicle pain was back along with the urination problems.

My girlfriend got a boob job about a month ago. They are just now really healing up good for some active sex. I'm not looking forward to a month of phentermine caused pain and problems with a new set of boobs I should be playing with. Anyone got any idea on how to counter these symptoms? I'm going to go see the Doc soon to see what she says....she's damn hot too. LOL

Drail14me.....I'm having the same EXACT issues that you had/have. Trouble getting/maintaining erection...weak urination/ejaculation...pain in my testicles (that would get so bad, I couldn't/wouldn't want to walk or move):eek:

I'm about half way into my 3rd of the doctor recommended 4th month of using Phentermine 30 mg. I noticed the painful testicles off and on after 3 weeks or so of use. My wife and I are both using it, and over the last 4-5 months, our marriage had gotten incredibly stronger, where we were have sex about 4-6 times a week, with a day or 2 consisting of multiple interactions ;) Our sexual behaviors have been going on steadily for about a solid 4 months. I recently have noticed over the past week or two that my erections have been very inconsistent. I can get an erection rather quick, but keeping it "up" is where the challenge has been.

I was beginning to get VERY frustrated, as I have been working out 3-5 days a week, consisting of weights, and 2-3 miles of running for cardio. I couldn't figure out why I was have these issues, when physiologically I was making my body to built better for sex via the better blood flow etc....

I'm gonna stop taking this stuff and see if I notice a difference over the next week or so. I'll report back with my findings.

Ok...stopped taking it on the 18 through the 26th of July. I noticed all the "side effects" went away. We were in Vegas last week, and it made a big difference in the erection department. I had no issues, and no pain in the testicles.
