It's been one month and one day since I hit rock bottom at 356 pounds.

I stepped on the scale today..323 pounds.

33 pounds gone!

It wasn't easy...but it wasn't difficult either.

Mostly, it was discipline.

I ate 1200 calories per day on average (high: 2100 calories, low: 420 calories).

I didn't lift weights at all.

I walked 40+ minutes per day for 27 of the 30 days. Four times I walked 90 minutes. I averaged about 2 mph.

I had exactly 3 "cheat meals" in a month.

That 2100 calorie day came on the one day when I accidently skipped my phen.

I had 3 days where the Phen wore off early and I was hungry at night.

My diet was a strict 30% Fat, 30% Protein 40% Carb for three of those weeks. I tried no-carbing (not "low-carbing") for a week 45% Fat, 55% Protein.

I drank 100+ ounces of water on 25 of those days.

I had at least 20 grams of fiber on 20 of those days.

I went the first week without caffeine.

I had one and a half tollhouse cookies during the month...that was my only sweets for the entire month. I ate them to make my daughter the baker happy. Priorities, folks!

I'd like to lose 33 pounds in the upcoming month....realistically, 25 pounds seems "do-able".

I experienced massive "system failure" in the bedroom department for the first three weeks on Phen. Thankfully, "all systems are go" now. :)

I've lost 4 inches on my beer gut and 3 inches on my waist.

I'm a very pleased guy today.

Wow!!! I am so happy for you! You sound like you have worked really hard. 33 pounds in a month?! That is awesome!! I am sure that 25 pounds in a month is an attainable goal for you.
I am glad that "all systems are go" now:D Must have been scary there for awhile;)

Congrats! :D It was similar for me. I lost 38 lbs pretty quick. It slowed to a trickle after that. But, I'm intentionally staggering my weightloss. I've had too many experiences of loosing a lot quickly and then gaining back more. The Phen is really helping me re-wire myself and my relationship to food during my "learn how to keep it off" phase. I lost 50 lbs and have maintained it for the last 4 months.
I'm now on another loose cycle and am starting to see results again. I also don't worry too much about the scale. I focus on how my clothes fit. I've bought a pair of jeans one size smaller and check my progress on how close I am to wearing them comfortably. Two days ago I could finally button them, but still too tight.

Hmmm..I am experiencing similar results.

I lost the first 40 pounds effortlessly, then hit the mother of all stalls. Went 13 days without a drop in weight, and then just like magic dropped 5 pounds in the past two days.

I guess I don't understand my body as well as I thought I did!

Wow! That is so awesome! By your post i was impressed that you are so in control, knowing what happened when. I'm guess you are journaling? I think that is great idea I may try. I got to thinking today that just know I can do this makes me impatient..of course I want it done yesterday! But i know it's just one day at a time, one foot in front of the other..just a matter of time and I can do it! I see you are able to overcome..wow 13 days without a loss and didn't give up. I will definitely remember that when it hits me too.
Congrats!
