For those who are off now......Did you notice the difference? Did you slowly come off or all at once ? Ive come off several times for month long breaks. I just came off altogether and never had any issues. If you set yourself up with some great lifestyle choices while on phen you should have nothing to worry about. I make sure to eat 1200-1500 calories a day while on phen so that when I come off of phen I can still eat around that many good calories and maybe a little bit more and not be so hungry. When I came off of phen the first time for a break I realized I wasnt eating enough for me to be happy when I came off of phen, so last time I came off I was fine eating more calories that were healthy and I didnt want to binge and eat a lot more than when I was on phen. Oh and yeah most scales are off, the doctors scales are usually correct because they are calibrated etc, the ones we get at the store arent calibrated as they get older. Usually the ones at home arent accurate.

I stopped phen and didnt have any problems with it..no withdraws or anything and I have lost alot more weight since then....so yea I think u will be just fine..ur gettin used to eating better now and smaller portions so when ur off phen ur body will be used to that eating pattern and it shouldnt be hard to maintain.....Good luck!!!!
