I have been on and off Phen (prescribed by doctor) since February 2009. Recently I've noticed my jaw being clinched down a lot and my toes on my left foot needing to be moved "mentally", but there is not pain or discomfort in them. I try to not think about moving my toes, but I just have to wiggle them! I'm concerned that these side affects are dangerous. How do you know when to be concerned?

I NOTICED A SLIGHT PROBLEM WITH THE CLINCHED JAW MAYBE ONCE. IT GOT MY ATTENTION BUT I HAVEN'T HAD IT AGAIN. I'M HAVING MORE OF A PROBLEM WITH A LIGHT CHEST PAIN EVERY NOW AND THEN. NOT EXTREME BUT JUST ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU NOTICE. I HOPE EVERYTHING GOES WELL FOR US BOTH. I DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE USING THE PHEN BUT I HAVE TO MAKE SURE OF WHAT THIS IS. I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT THURSDAY WITH MY DOCTOR TO GET THIS CHECKED OUT. HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON.

I can relate tremendously! I keep clenching my jaw (uncontrollably) daily. My jaw feels like I have been chewing gum for a week straight!
April: I also noticed minor chest pain as well. It almost feels like it's my heart? Let me know what your doctor said if you don't mind me asking. :p
