You have kids? If so do they have any video game systems? I love dance dance revolution on my boyfriends play station 2, I just absolutely could dance away for hours on work out mode to my favorite songs.

Yep, we have the latest playstation..i dont know if its a 2 or 3. Heck do they even make a 3? I will look into that for sure..do you have to hold the remote?

nope, if you have the latest that would be very high tech play station 3. You just dance on a matt with arrows on it. You have to match up your feet with the arrows..once you get the hang of it it burns a super amount of calories.

Have any of you tried the Work out program on the Wii? I have the Wii but, haven't invested in the work out portion. I've heard great things about it .. but, I had the Slim in 6 that my sister took with her to Chicago. I found that worked really good.

Go to Beachbody.com I just ordered the Turbo Jam last week .. the music on Slim in 6 got to me and it seems like the music on the Turbo Jam might be right up my alley.

i have a wii, but i dont have the wii fit. i use the wii sport game that came with the wii. it has boxing and tennis. if you go to the part that says fitness you can do sets of all the diff games. the boxing has 3 or 4 stages when i first started it i could barely move the next day. it really works you!!! my back muscles were even sore in spots i didn't know had muscles. lol

Belly Dance vids are fun and friskey
I have
Bellydance Fitness for Beginners - Basic Moves & Fat Burning (http://www.amazon.com/Bellydance-Fitness-Beginners-Basic-Burning/dp/B00005N8AM/ref=pd_bxgy_d_img_b) The Fat Burning Segment is pretty intense
and
Discover Bellydance: Mystic Dance (http://www.amazon.com/Discover-Bellydance-Mystic-Veena-Bidasha/dp/B00007G1VL/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1240873784&sr=1-7) This is a full Veil Dance.
Neena and Veena are good teachers and the vids also feature other dances by other belly dancers in the special features.
The dance moves are very much like a lot of what you see in videos now with the fantastic hip undulation and other movements. So it will spice up your club dancing.

I am a big fan of the FIRM series. They sell some now that you don't need any special equipment for besides 3 & 5lb weights. Time Crunch & Boot Camp are two I purchased at Target for about $12 each.

I use many different videos... mainly The Biggest Loser (its so comforting to see people in your same condition tryna get fit with you, panting, and pleading for the workout to be over... lol), TAEBO (fun), I have 3 "The FIRM" videos but thats for more fit people and they go to fast for me and I am very coordinated... Ive been dancing all of my life and most of the time I'm lost, lol... I also have Ab Workouts for Dummies (haven't done it yet, but I will)... Hope I helped!!
