View Full Version : I m not getting weight loss...need help !!

I have been working out in gym for last two weeks and do cycling at least for 45mins.
I own 149 lbs today and two weeks b4.
As I workout hard in gym and do a lot of fasting.
But, my weight doesn't go down for last two weeks. It should go down as I am working hard....Why it doesn't??
I am so worried, if I remain the same.
I wanna loose my weight up to 120 lbs.
I will be appreciate if any one helps me suggesting a perfect diet supplement.
Am I going wrong....???

Keep on running for at least 2 hours daily. Good Luck.

What do you mean by fasting??R u not eating?? If u r working out u need to eat or your body will go into starvation mode. If u dont want to eat buy some whey protien powder for after your workout, your body will need the extra protien. 2 I know u want to push yourself but dont have the resistnce up to high on the bike or u will gain more muscle which of course weighs more than fat. I hope this helps
