DR anywhere in southern california that will prescribe "maintenance"long-term phen?

I know of a lot of weight loss clinics but am looking for a doctor that will prescribe me phentermine even though I am at my ideal weight already. I constantly struggle with my weight and would like to use a low dose of phentermine to maintain, just looking for a more lenient dr that believes in using phen for maintenance, long term. Or if anyone knows of any drs doing online consultations etc??
