Granted my diet and exercise and water intake have certainly been the real factors, but wow.. this is a great first experience with Phen-D. I started with about 64 lbs to lose, after losing 140 lbs on weight watchers and coming within 15 lbs of my goal, and then after a very rough year, gaining 45 of it back this year. So, I decided to jump start my weight loss with Phendimetrazine and the B-12 shots. I started the program on Wednesday after getting the shot on Tuesday and starting the pills the next day. I weighed this morning and am down 6.2 lbs.. in three days!!

My official weigh-in is on Tuesday, so I am waiting to weigh in again til then to avoid getting my hopes up for more and then not getting the number i am expecting at the doc. I will try to just weigh in after this on my scheduled doc visits, but of course you know it will be torture!! =) Just wanted to share my first three day experience on Phen D with everyone!

Stats:

Starting weight: 219.8
Current Weight: 213.6
Calorie Intake: 1200 per day
Carb intake: between 60-85g per day
Water intake: between 64 and 128 ounces

Side Effects: Jittery, definitely hard to sleep, dry mouth, occasional nausea
Dosage: 35mg 3x's per day (7a, 11a, 3p)

Exercise plan:
30-45 minutes cardio per day, 5x's a week
weight training 2-3 times per week

Thanks girls!! I am very happy to report that my side effects are starting to go away already.. slept like a baby last night and not feeling any jittery-ness today at all. I did sneak a peak at the scale (bad jen!) and I haven't lost any more yet, but I suspected I wouldn't. I spent the whole day in the sun yesterday at the air show and didn't drink nearly as much water as I should have, so I am a bit dehydrated. Up-ing the water intake today to get rid of any hold over from yesterday and also I am very happy to report that I made a 1011 calorie day yesterday and still made all my nutritional goals. I am supposed to be between 1000 and 1200, but the first three days it was hard to stay at even 1200. Now, it feels easy. =) Loving this quick start back on track!
