Hello!
I've been on Phentermine since late December...it's been working great - I've taken off almost 30 lbs already! (with reduced calories and 3x a week 30 min workouts) I've dramatically slowed in my weight losses...the phen is still working strong cuz it kills my appetite and still gives me energy.
I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to get over this plateau? I still have about 40 more lbs to loose and wanna keep on the track I was on before!
Thanks!

If you can do either more workouts a week or longer workouts. If your doing the same workout switch to something else for awhile. Our bodies are smart and if you do the same routine your body adapts, and weight loss stops. I too am concerned about time, I started out the year doing a mile in 20 to 25 minutes. I didn't want to go past that time, so I kept the mile and tried to get it faster each week, instead of doing more miles. I posted earlier here that I'm now doing my mile under 15 minutes, when I get too comfy in my mile I'll go back to 20 to 25 minutes, and increase the distance.
Evaluate your diet and see if maybe you might be fibbing to yourself...lol.

Good suggestion...I haven't bumped up my workout routine in some time, I will try that - thanks!

i have tried where if you get stuck you take a day off and eat whatever you want and that tricks your metabolism and you start seeing results again and it does work too.
