I just started taking the 30mg yellow phentermine capsules about 4 days ago. I am more hungry than I was before I started taking them. I feel like I could eat all the time. Am I doing something wrong? Does it take some time before the appetite suppressent kicks in?

I was having the same problem a couple of weeks ago and this is what everyone suggested and it worked!.......:)
1. Take first thing in the morning ( on an empty stomach w/lots of water)
2. don't drink coffee!! or any caffeine for that matter, I was addicted to coffee and would drink a cup right after taking my phen, coffee is a diuretic and flushes the phen out in your urine within the first couple of hours u take it! so not good!! try decaff if you really need it.
3. if this doesn't help, I would take phen later in the day that way it works for the evening munchies (it's better to have a big breakfast and a very light dinner.)
Hope this helps if not, you might need to ask your Dr. for the 37.5 capsules.
