Some of you may have this recipe already. I am posting it, because it's great to fill you up and even my four year old likes it.

2 cans or one liter box of Progresso or 356 Whole Foods Natural Chicken Broth
(I wouldn't use Swansen's it tastes a bit funny with this soup)

3 Eggs, beaten

3 green onions diced up small

Bring chicken broth to a boil, add green onion, let go to a rolling boiling for five minutes. Slowly added beaten eggs and stir in as added. Serve immediately.

Yield: 4 servings, 72 calories per serving, 1 carb per serving, 6 grams of protein, 3 grams of fat.

I eat the entire thing for lunch. it has less than 300 calories, 4 carbs and 12 grams of protein.

Peas or carrots may be added for those on a low calorie diet.
