Okay, so I am new to the phen world, but I started a week ago today and weighed this morning for the 1st time, I have lost 9 pounds in my first week. I have always thought it crazy when someone big who is dieting says that they are not hungry...well, I can honestly say that I am NOT hungry during the day. I have to force myself to eat something. However, in the evenings I do get a little hungry.

Any ideas on low fat breakfast/lunches?

Congrats 9pds in one week is amazing! i just started so i'm not a pro on this yet, but so far for breakfast i have a protein shake, or high fiber oatmeal, or yogurt w. fruit . Lunch is usually a salad w/ some deli meat / chix/ tuna, or a low carb wrap w/ a piece of fruit. Snacks is usally fruit w/ some protein..cheese or pb if u like. ... and nothing but water or diet green tea, oh and lf milk once/day... this helps at night.

What have u been eating the past 9 days?

My doctor has me on a diet that mainly watches how many fat grams I consume. I am only to consume between 20-30 grams per day. So, with that I typically have wheaties w/non fat milk and a banana for breakfast. Lunch- I usually have a non fat yogurt with a protein bar. Dinner- BBQ Chicken Breast w/baked potatoe (non fat sour cream and butter), with a load of steamed veggies. One night we had sushi. For snack I usually have non fat yogurt, a handful of low fat cheezits, or something else that has low fat. In the evenings we have been having 94% fat free popcorn while we watch TV. My husband laughs because for my "sweet" I have been having sunkist fruit snacks (which are also non-fat). It seems to be working pretty good.

How are you doing?
