Thanks soo much for the complaiment.....It's been 3 months since I have been on Phentermine 37.5 but I only take half a pill so 18.75 mg...My starting weight was 201....and I now weigh 165.....

Thank you soo much....I also feel great!!! humm I don't know if I would call it a diet..I drink about 100 oz of water aday...I dont know if this has anything to do with it but I also take Omega 3 Fish Oil pills twice a day ...I also take my One A Day Weight Smart Vitiamin..and I also drink Silm Fast for lunch every now and then...and exercise on the treadmill for an hour at least 4 x's a week...but thats it.....Hope that somehow helped...lol

Thanks!!!! I see you have a 17 month old...so do I ...and my first mini goal is to get back to my pre.baby weight of 145 pounds....I'm just wondering will it look the same...thats why im shooting for 135 just in case....

yeah those too keep me BUSY .. i know im not going to look the same as pre-pregnancy the girls really did a number on my body but i just want to be happy with myself again. I think i have realistic expectations (maybe) lol. Just hoping to look good again.
