Looking for a doc around chattanooga, TN or North Ga

I am 258 lbs and 5/6. I have heard of these amazing 'combo' fat burning shots and people using phen. Can anyone recommend a doctor around the Chattanooga Tn area or North Ga areas that is NOT going to cost me an arm and a leg.
