Have any of you been to "A Better Way Health Center"
I can't find many reviews on it and am considering going there. My doctors do not believe in medication for weight loss.
I know at "a better way" thier site says the average patient has a bmi of 30. Mine is 29.5 so I'm hoping I'm a canidate for phen.
Last year I lost over 30lbs from diet and wieght loss alone, then I got pregnatn and after baby it is NOT coming off. Nothing helps.

Hi, I'm in MN but I haven't been to this clinic, but it's in Edina...right? Well, I did read a review and I found it for you. It's not much.. This is not an advertisement for them...it's just what I found a while back. I figured that I might go there if my doctor flatly refuses to continue this and I have not gotten down to the right size. I am hopeful I won't have to resort to them though. They are in Edina...and as you know, everything thing in Edina is expensive...

I have been to this clinic. They prescribe phentermine. All you do is answer some questions on a computer at the beginning of each visit. Then, you meet with a nutritionist that weighs you and takes your blood pressure. She also offers advice and answers questions about getting healthy. Then you meet with the doctor, and he gives you the phentermine on the spot. You pay before you walk out. It is approx. $100 per visit, for 1 month supply. If he prescribes phentermine twice a day (90 ct), I think it's approx. $120 per visit. There are no shots (that I know of). I haven't been for a couple of months because it stopped working for me. At the time, they did not accept credit cards. You can submit it to your Medical Spending Account for reimbursement. Good Luck!!!

Thanks...that will be my other option should I not be at my goal at the end of three months and should my doctor flat to refuse after a battery of tests.
