A few years back, I had a GREAT doctor when I lived in the city. His name was Brian Casaclang. He's the one who first got me started on phentermine and it worked wonders. He's out of Advocate Healthcare in Lincoln Park (or he used to be--his office may have moved, but I think he's still with AH). I was on it for about 3-4 years without any problems, and he would do checkups on me about every 8 weeks. That wasn't too much of an inconvenience, and he always gave me a new prescription each time. I left the city in 2004 and moved to the 'burbs.

Fast forward 5 or so years, and the weight is back. I went to my regular doctor out here who (besides being a total *****) won't prescribe it for more than 3 months for me. She says it's highly addictive, but I was on it for 3-4 years before and went off of it without any problem. I'd like to find a new doctor out here (not just for the phentermine, but also because she was so awful to me), but I'm having trouble. I did get a recommendation for a doc at Rush Copley in Aurora, and I try visiting him, but I'd like to find one closer to home.

I'd appreciate if anyone has any info on a doctor closer to St. Charles! Even within 5-10 miles would be great. THANKS!!

I live in St. Charles, work in Hinsdale (so a Hinsdale area doc would also work). Who's the doctor in Aurora? I might be willing to go there. Hope you (we) get a reply.
