Anyone feel dizzy?

I started Phentermine last week...only half a 37.5 pill for starters. Thursday and Friday (the only two days I took it) I was both having hot flashes and feeling dizzy every so often. I stopped taking it Saturday to see if the dizzy and hot flashes subsided. I haven't been dizzy or having hot flashes since. I also take Wellbutrin XL. Does anyone else get hot flashes or feel dizzy? I took Phentermine years ago and I don't remember this happening. :o

hello i have been on phen since 12-27-08 and i use to get dizzy from it as well,what I did diffrent was i stopped taking it early in the morning and started taking it at 11:00am,of course I would eat breakfast but ladies on here have told me that you have to make sure that you drink alot of water and eat a good amount of protein.

OMG i have been on 37.5 for 8 days and i had to stop. I have headaches, dizziness, and nausea. It was making me feel awful. I really want to continue, it worked so well in the past, but if I have to feel awful I don't want to.

I have dizziness and hot flashes as well. I have been on it for 1 1/2 months, and don't have the side effects as often. I was also on it a couple of years ago and had the same effects, which slowed down over time as well. In addition to the hot flashes, I also just get hot a lot easier. I live in Florida, so thank goodness it is winter right now, but during the summer I hate this side effect!
