its been 1 week today..that i started on phen..i have my 1st follow up monday 1/19/08.am nervous to see how much i lost...(most is water weight)....i have cut out sodas, coffee, sweets, fast food...i do at least 30mins cardio from fitness.tv....am drinking plenty of water...i also started drinking slim fast in the evening and having a small lunch...what other advice can someone please give me...my birthday is 3/14/09 i will be 38yrs..:D

am going to start walking at least 1mile today....
