Hi All,
I had to do a post as a success because as of today I have lost 63.5 lbs on Phen! I started in Mid-July. Along with the Phen, I used the Weight Watcher Principles and journaled my food as well as kept up with the point system. I also worked out on my elliptical 3-4 times a week for about an hour each time. I was amazed at how well this worked. I have not been this size since I was 16 (I'm 33 now). I need to get some new pictures taken very soon. I am actually on my last month of Phen now and I have cut my pills in half. I am little nervous about stopping them, afraid that I will be hungry and crave alot. I figure as long as I can keep working out, I should be fine.
At any rate, I havent posted alot on these boards, mainly just read alot, but I wanted to share my success.
