View Full Version : Lost some more! Woo Hoo!

Well folks,
I had my weigh in this morning (weekly at the clinic) and I lost another 1.25 lbs. for a total of 31.25 lbs. I am maintaining a low carb diet with citrus fruits for breakfast and lunch with protein and frozen veges.

I recently injured my left foot and am limited to my exercise. Bummer. Hopefully another week and my foot will be better. My Blood pressure this morning was at 92/60. I will speak with my Dr. about this and maybe get my BP meds reduced or eliminated. Wow, I am feeling so much better.

For those of you who think it is tough, well it is until you get into your groove. You can do it! I wish everyone success! :)
