Ok so when I started phen this time around it was Dec. 5...I weighed 195...it wasn't the best time to start- believe me I know! Considering Xmas, new years, and all the parties in between. It most def. does not help that one of my bff's works for a local radio station and hosts events and clubs which equals out to FREE DRINKS....I am not complaining but this month was hectic. Every weekend I drank which meant I didn't take my pill....but regardless of that I still tried to eat right and excersized 4x a week....So Tuesday Jan. 6 I went to the docs office for my follow up...I stepped on that scale thinking....Hmmmm I can deal with 8 lbs....and it read 179.5 I was so freakin effin excited that means I got 30 more lbs to my goal weight...how freakin awesome is that? So I have attached some pics....the first one is of me on my bday (Halloween) nothing much had changed in fact I may have gained a few pounds before I went to get phen, the second pic is of me the last weekend of Dec. Its a silly pic...I mean didn't you read FREE DRINKS??? lol but I hate taking pics of me sitting because that is when all the FATness comes out, and in this pic its not sooooo bad. But you can totally tell from my face.....just wanted to share and I LOVE looking at before and after pics for motivation I hope my pics help SOMEONE!
