Hi guys. i just created my account and am still trying to read everything but i just got my ** filled of phentermine. I am nervous about taking it. Sometimes i can get really anxious and shaky and i am wondering how bad this is going to be for me. I am also nervous about whether it makes your heart race or not. I know there are tons of posts but i would love to hear from you guys about your first few days whether you had tons of side effects or none at all. Just trying to get the nerve to take my first pill. I was give 37.5. Also, how much weight on average did everyone lose their first week? Look forward to chatting with everyone!! :)
