I have this great recipe for lowfat pie, with the holidays coming thought I would share

1 graham cracker pie crust- I use the low fat one
2 containers of yogurt- any flavor you want your pie to be- just DO NOT use fruit on the bottom kind
1 container of thawed cool whip- low fat version
fresh fruit to match yogurt flavor
Take yogurt and coolwhip mix together and add fresh fruit, pour into crust. Palce in freezer for 1 hr to set, then move to frig till you are ready to serve. Garnish with fresh fruit.
Simple, easy, low fat, and yummy!
For a fancy twist for parties I use the preformed phyllo cups in the freezer section and just fill. They look fancy and it looks like you put alot effort in!
FYI-
I will try to keep my recipes as close to techinal as possible. I am really bad at putting stuff together and not measuring then I have no idea what I did to make the dish! LOL! I have a passion for cooking, but sometimes I am the only one who understands my recipe!
