If you have not e-mailed me with your start weight please do so when you get a chance. Please use this e-mail: Weight_Challenge@yahoo.com. I have set up a e-mail for this challenge only as it will be easier to keep track of everything if it has its own e-mail address.

The following people I have heard from:
Amy A
Victoria
Gerina
Krista
Tawnia
Catherine
Christi

Please remember to e-mail me privately every day with your current weight of that morning before eating breakfast and also what you consumed the previous day and the calories that were consumed. (This e-mail can be sent at any time of that day - It doesn't have to be e-mailed immediately in the morning just some time every day. Find what is best for you.

When I participated in a group like this a year ago this was the same procedure. It really helps you stay accountable towards your weight loss and I found I was loosing more weight because of it.

Don't worry when you e-mail me I am recording the weight in a spread sheet that I made for each of you. This spreadsheet will not be used in any way except to see that you are e-mailing me each day with the above informtion. No one will see the information. At the end of the challenge I will e-mail you your own personal sheet for your reference and delete the file.

We all loose weight differently. I am not here to judge anyone as far as how they are loosing the weight. The number of calories depend on the person and what they are comfortable with along with advice from your doctor. If any part of this challenge does not work for you please talk to me about it. We can work together for your success with what you are most comfortable with.

Thank you so much for participating in this challenge

I wish you all a lot of weight loss!!

Definately not. By you just being in the challenge is great. everyone diets differently which is expected because we are all different. I have told everyone in the challenge that if any part of the challenge just doesn't work for them that is fine. We can work out something different. One person is on a high protein high fiber diet - no calories counting there. She has been eating some fantastic healthy meals and loosing a great amount of weight. That works for some people and others have found something works better for them. The main point of the challenge is just to keep you account able. Anyone can join and I hope to hear from you soon :)
