Hi guys! I don't post here often, maybe 2 times at that, but I just wanted to share with you guys my experience on the Phen-d and B-12 for the past 9 weeks. I have lost 28 lbs. so far, i'd like to lose 10 more, but have officially fit into a size 6 and am wearing them very comfortably I might add! I have tried them on at 3 different stores too, just to make sure. Ann Taylor, Express, and Gap. I have even hit the normal range with my BMI! so i'll be coming off the Phen in the next few weeks here...the place I go has an herbal supplement that they've started using that i'm going to give a try and see if that is good. It's called Caralluma..kind a kin to Hoodia..we'll see...just going to miss the appetite control from the Phen, but I think it'll be fine.. Anyway I thought i'd share.

That is great! I was wondering, did you follow a low carb diet plan? I am also taking the phen-d (for about 2 wks. now).

I did. The place that I went to recommended low carb and their plan is pretty low calorie 500-700. I've strayed some here and there, but not much. I've eaten mostly eggs, chicken, fish, tuna, veggies, salads (full fat dressings just dipped my fork for the taste) and i'll have the EAS shakes for a meal replacement if i'm on the go. I like the French Vanilla the best. They recommend the ones in the silver box. they are the lowest calorie and still have 17g of protein.. I lost 8 lbs. my first week and averaged 2-3 each week after.
