I'm tired of eating the same old food everyday,chicken ,fish,salad....can sombody please help me?I'm scared i'ts going to result in cheating.

i defiently hear you on this. Iam alot further along in my weight loss and i still have nights where i just want taco bell lol and its so hard. Check websites for different recipes or go get a healthy cook book. If you change the plain chicken and fish meals it wont be so boring. You defiently can do this you have to be strong and try everything possible so you dont fall off the wagon because once you do its so hard to get back on. Good luck :)

First, this is normal. Part of your lifestyle change is not only eating differently but also cooking differently. You have the internet at your fingertips. Look up some Atkins recipes, try the Boca burgers, add peppers, onions and mushrooms to your meals. Mix it up. Try a new spice and see what you can do with it. It is a scary thought, but you hold the answers in your hands and imagination in the kitchen. You CAN do it!!!
