Hello everyone! I've been on Phen for 4 weeks and needing some motivation! Anyone want to start a challange or is there any challenges out there that I can join?

Ok....guys definately count me in....I work nights so thats the hard thing for me....how about drinking water daily and working out at least 3 times a week.

That sounds good to me. I really need to step it up. I only want to be on phen until the end of December so I want to loose as much as possible in the next 2 months.
So since I want to step it up...lets call it the "step it up challange"?? I'll post a thread where we can post each day with our progress.
Do we all agree with water and exercise then?
