Well, I saw an advertisement for this, and have gone in and read a bunch of stuff on it. Scientifically it makes sense, just not sure about maintaining the weight after you initially lose the first 30 pounds. I guess that's the same worry I have with phentermine.

Anyway, just wondering what others thought, here's the link.

Well I found this ......

The claims they make are absolutely ridiculous, and aren't justified by anything even remotely resembling scientific evidence. Their "scientific" evidence states that scents from Sensa Tastants travel through your nose to nerve receptors. The receptors send signals to the brain that stimulate the olfactory bulb. The olfactory bulb, in turn, signals the satiety center in the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus sends signals to the pituitary gland that triggers the release of hormones that suppress hunger and appetite. There is no "clinical" evidence supporting this theory.

If you think Sensa is the elusive magic "tastant" that will allow you to eat whatever you want, learn intuitively how to portion control your meals, never exercise and still shed the pounds, you may as well stop reading now. In fact, you may as well stop browsing the web, because it doesn't exist. Save your money Sensa is definitely NOT worth the money!

To be honest Id never heard of Sensa si I just "Googled" It

I agree with Lucie...also I think if you smell a pile of dog poop every time you're hungry it will kill your appetite.
