Hi I started mt Phen today and it scarred me, about 35 to 40 minutes after taking it my whole face started tingling then just my lips the back of my throat!!! But I'm not having a hard time breathing or anything like that no crushing chest pains. I guess I just want to know has anyone else felt this, and if so how many times do I have to take it before it stops. I called my Dr. and she said just eat maybe that will make it better..... ok I did that and yes the tingling went away but now I'm very jittery is that normal and how long does that last any input would be great.

it is completly normal. over the next week or 2 you will have lots of different things go on. dont be scared its just the phen. you will have dry mouth, you might even grit your teeth. you may even start to be colder or more irratable. but you will be fine. good luck girl you can do it!

Thanks that really makes me feel better..... I was starting to worry that I might not be able to take it. My muscles are starting to jump and tingle and now my mouth is dry lol. I am very excited about this weight loss pill and so was my new Dr. We were very through with my information and the meds I take already and what I am allergic to and she told me I will do great on it. I called the pharmacy to find out if this was normal and they said the same thing NO but only if im having rouble breathing and tighting of the chest but nothing like that!! I will write more next week after I weigh myself thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!

It is hard to remain calm when your body is doing different than whats normal. As long as you dont feel in danger ( shortness of breath, swelling of mouth, chest pains etc.) then just try to ride it out. It will most likely diminish!
