The 1st day on Phen I got tierd around 8pm (i work until 12am) and was exhausted when I got home and went straight to sleep.
Today is my 2nd day and its 7:30pm and im super tierd..
Whats up with this??
Is this a side affect?
Granted I am usually tierd around this time anyway -- but I thought I was supposed to have increased energy? What gives?

It all depends on what you ate today. How much protein did you get? Increased energy is a side effect of phen and does not last long, I had increased energy only in my first day. you will get tired on phen and feel normal after a few days, just keep going at it and eat that protein. nuts, cottage cheese, protein shakes, are all good snacks.

I just switched from phendimetrazine to PHEN, and took my first PHEN 37.5mg this morning at 6:30am, right before exercising. At 2pm, I had to lay down and take a NAP!!! What gives? I've heard so much about the increased energy you get in the beginning from PHEN, and today I was tired. Hmmmm

The first two days I was on Phen I slept, my Dr. told me it could affect me this way until my system adjusted to having a new drug in it. Now starting into my 3rd month I still have amazing energy!

I think it just goes to show you that everybody's body and body chemistry reacts differently to an amphetimene. I took it almost 3 years ago and could have run a marathon each day for about 2 weeks and after that it leveled off, but I still had a tremendous amount of energy, couldn't sleep at night, bad constipation issues, dry mouth, the whole deal.
I started it again in early september and the side effects for me have been drastically different. I have no more energy than I did before and actually started taking naps in the afternoon because I was so tired. Not enough protein? I don't think so, I was eating around 1,000-1,200 calories a day 2 years ago and am doing the same again now and I feel like I could fall asleep at any given point. I don't have constipation but once in awhile, I sleep at night and don't have dry mouth at all. It's so weird. Everybody is different and everybody's body unfortunately responds differently to meds like this. I would stay on phentermine for atleast a month and if you notice no change or things worsen with being tired, etc....I would definitely talk to you doctor. I for one don't really notice anything from being on phen, so I stopped it last week because of super bad migraines. I did notice a small amount of appetite control, but nothing like 3 years ago.
Good luck to you.
