Hi everyone, I have a special interest in watching the Mixed Martial Arts matches and tournaments and it really amazes me how the fighters keep themselves up to date in terms of health. Anyone on that platform requires a perfect body and one of my friends has a passion for this and so I want to gather as much information as I can in terms of keeping fit in this fight game. If you have any information on this, please let me know.

Sorry for the necro post. I take BJJ and it does wonders for personal fitness. One of my fellow students used to weigh 255, after training jiu-jitsu for 7 months, he now weighs in at 190. MMA in itself is something that uses a plethora of fighting styles, although any single art will suffice for you to get in good health. I would reccomend brazilian jiu-jitsu obiously, lol. It's very good for cardio and one of the best fighting styles in the world. Google any of the Gracies to see what I'm talking about. If you have any more questions feel free to either pm me or post up here. I hope this helps and I apologize again for posting on an older thread.
