Hi, all! I have been on Phentermine for 3 months and have lost around 20 pounds. I can't afford to go to the weight loss clinic this month for my meds and I was wondering if I'm going to have a hard time when I stop taking it.

Why does the only thing that has ever worked for me have to cost so much?? My insurance doesn't cover any of it even though the dr is on my insurance plan. If it's for weight loss, they won't touch it.

Oh well, looks like I'll be fat for the holidays once more! Good luck to all of you! I"m so proud of you!!

have you gotten your free drug card at freedrugcard.us? I got mine and usually my prescription is 42$ and last time it was 26$. I have taken breaks and felt no different besides fighting harder for energy. why do you feel as if you cant lose weight without phen? You know phen is not a magic pill and you will have to work hard no matter what you do. Kick up your exercise a bit and make sure you dont slip into bad eating habits, thats what phen is supposed to do anyways and most doctors dont prescribe it after 3 months. You want to change your life right? You dont ever want to go up 20+ pounds again right? Then just stick to it, if you feel weak come here and vent to us and we will give you support and advice. I think the best thing I have learned is substitution and portion control. I wont eat regular ice cream, only weight watchers or mcdonalds soft serve (which is only 100 calories) when I have a sugar craving. Only light popcorn whe I have the munchies or a need for salt. No margerine, only butter, whipped butter, or spray butter (0 calorie) no veggie oil only EVOO, it really works! You can do it!

Thank you so much!! I needed to hear that! I know that what you said is true, it's just so easy to throw common sense out the window when you get down. You have done it and I can do it too!

Thanks again for being a great inspiration to everyone!

And Happy Birthday!!!
