Headaches

I've heard alot of people mention the headaches you will get when you stop taking Phentermine.

I was having horrible headaches last week, and did not take the Phentermine due to this (wondering if they were caused by the phen).

Anyways, now I am wondering if these headaches were a withdraw effect?

COuld someone explain to me how they feel? I was getting these horrible knife like stabbing pains in my head every so often, to the point where I woke up from sleep a couple times a night...

Yes i have been having a lot of headaches also....like everyday..//and have been having them often ever since i started the phen.....But the reason why is cause im not drinking enough water a day/.//// YOU must drink lots of water....like half of ur body weight in ounces!!! And then the headaches should go away!!! try it and see what will happen ok? your body will adjust to the phen....usually after the first week or so@!!

I have terrible headaces when i wait to long to eat, or doesn't eat at all or not drinking enough water. i heard from other phenters say drinks lots of water.

Taz and sweet are right, drink half your weight in oz and your headaches should go away. Drink 130 oz a day and youll see a dramatic loss as well as no headaches.

the key is drinking lots of water and you may want to lower your dose. i found that drinking lots of water and taking the right amount made my headaches go away. :)
