Before & After Pics

Hi Guys,

I have not posted on this site very often, but have read many stories every day that have given me inspiration. I just wanted to share some pics with you from my ongoing journey. My avatar pic is on 4th of July before I started Phen. The other two are along the journey. I am pretty damn excited about hitting my first mini goal.

I have learned alot from this site and from all of you and I just wanted to give you all a quick thank you for all of your support and knowledge. :D

I do more reading than posting, but when I do post I get some kind of a responce. It is such a good feeling to know that you can come to this forum and get advice and encouragement. And you can make new friends at the same time. Congrats on your weight loss so far !!

Wow, what a difference! Look at those curves...you can really see more definition in your waist and it really shows in your arms and your face too.

Way to go on the 25 lbs.; doesn't it feel great? I couldn't believe how much BETTER I felt even after the first couple of weeks.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I think it is incredible how much I have gone done. I feel and see the difference and it is inspiring everytime I step on the scale (well most of the time) LOL. :(

Ya know before I started Phen I had been having severe swelling and joing pain in my ankles and legs and had been seeing a specialist who could not figure out what was wrong. He was thinking a form of arthritis. I am sure the weight did not help either. Can you believe ever since I started B12 shots the swelling and all the pain is gone. Completely totally gone! I mean it was difficult for me to walk at times. I know I am rambling, but I am so excited!:D

You look great! You look so much happier AND thinner! In the avatar picture you're doing that look we're all too familiar with "oh man, I hate having my picture taken!" and in the second picture you look like "hey, look at me!!!"

You not only lost 25 pounds, you lost quite a few inches! It's amazing. Keep up the good work :)
