Sweating More??

I've been taking phentermine for about 10 days now & have noticed that I am sweating alot more. Of course I am excercising more & sweat then, but I'm talking about just when I'm sitting down or doing things around the house. any one else notice this or having this problem??

HI, I have been on Phen for three weeks now and I also have been sweating more..... but I am also having hot flashes. The flashes had calmed down before I started the Phen, and when I get hot it isn't the same as my hot flashes, so I think it is the Phen. I am dental hygienist and keep two fans blowing on me at work. The rest of the ladies I work with are 30 and under, so they are always cold. Due to OSHA regulations, I have to wear a lab coat, face mask and eye protection, so my whole body sweats, including my eye lids. When the ladies make fun of me I tell them "just wait".
I am hoping as my body gets used to the Phen it will settle down.
I know this doesn't help, but at least you know someone other then you is out there with the same problem.

I did for a few weeks when I first started, It ****ed @ work people asked me if I was on drugs!
because I was sweating seemingley for no resion! but, dont worry it will go away, mine did anyways I now only sweat while I am excercising. good luck

You too? My body temperature has been crazy since I started phen a week ago. Most of the time I am absolutely freezing, but every day I have an episode where I cannot stop sweating...and I mean profusely. I was so embarrased last Tuesday: I was giving a tour of the hospital I work in, and all of a sudden I broke out in a sweat that drenched me...to the point where rivulets were running down my face and my clothes were sticking to me...I had to excuse myself to the ladies room to dry off and wait for it to pass. I explained to the group that I was on a new medicine and this was a side effect, and since they were all nurses, they seemed to understand and not pay it any mind...but I was terribly embarrassed. I surely hope they stop happening, as others have suggested.

I can be cold one minute & sweating the next too. Well, glad to know its not just me, lol!

Yes I have been sweating alot as well. I just logged on here to see if anyone else is having the same issues. Looks like I am not alone!

YES!!! I thought I was the only one. We went on a hayride yesterday to get my daughter and Pumpkin and I was drenched! I find myself always clamy and I feel cold alot too.

Yeah we went to the laundry mat and I was sweating so bad..it looked like I wet my pants..my butt was saoking wet! Thank God it was all women in there....I was so embarassed sumone would think I peed..wow!

Oh thank god OMG it has been like 5 days i have been takin Phen. and while i am sitting down i am sweating i was burning n i opened all of the windows in my house n it was windy and i was still sweating i hope i get over this by time :)

Sorry to dig up an old post but this was a good one to read. I was at the grocery store and I was drenched! Also, when I worked out yesterday I was SO sweaty. bleh!
