Need advice please.....

Hello ladies- I thought that I would go straight to the source and ask this question. What is the best way to "wean" off of Phen ? I have been on almost two months and got my last script yesterday. I'm not sure that I will go back on after I wait the two months off (doctors rules) because of all the side effects and also now being aware of what this med can actually do to a body. So, any advice would be much appreciated. I have 30 days to accomplish this weaning period, so I'm hoping that it won't all hit me at once. TIA!!!!

I would take half a phen every day, then every other day, then every couple of days and then stop completely. I quit cold turkey but I dont' think I had any sside effects other than being really really tired.

Thanks for replying. I left the doctors office without asking how to go about getting off Phen. He didn't offer any suggestions either, just saying that he would see me in 8 weeks to start back up if I wanted. Glad to hear that I won't go through some wild side effects. I am use to being tired, so I can handle that. Thanks again !
