What are the practical and applicable concepts of quantum ph

Hello everybody, I have been reading a bit about “applied” quantum theory and have come across lines that state that it is a unique way of controlling ones thoughts and bringing a powerful, quick and “wholesale” change in and around us. I would like you all to express your views on this and if you have something interesting to add, please do share!!!

Are you refering to the power of positive thinking? I 100% believe in it! What you give out to the universe will come to you! My therapist told me not to put "I want to lose weight" out there b/c you will be in a constant state of needing to lose weight! So we came up with a saying that will work for me!
So far it is so working!
