I wish I had an answer for you! I have a 3yr old that I take care of all day long and am so tired at the end of the day but can not fall asleep. I am going to start trying meditation! We'll see if that helps!

Rick, try benadryl works wonders for me, I only have to take one, Benadryl is a very safe drug that has virtually no drug interactions, but of course check with your pharmacist I dont know what else you are taking. If that dont work ask your dr. for ambein,

Rick,

I go through that now. But I work the 3rd shift and I take mine before I leave out for work so it works out ok. Take your pill first thing in the morning--hopefully by the end of the evening after work and everything else the meds should have worn off enough to allow you to sleep. Also, try to take it at the same time everyday.

Hello, I spoke to my pharmacist and she recommended the melatonin 3mg. It can be found in the vitamin area. It really helps, with no groggy feeling the next morning. I switch shifts mid week and I needed something that would help me get to sleep. It relaxes you.

I also work 3rd shift. I take my phen when I get up in the afternoon. I also do reccomend taking a benadryl. I take one almost morning when I go to bed. It gives me just what I need to relax and go to sleep.
