Is SLIMBANT a true generic for Acomplia?

I recieved my Acomplia from an Indian pharmacy using a name that makes them appear to be a Canadian pharmacy. Reading this forum it appears that there are several Indian pharmacies that make Acomplia but the meds I received are not made by any of the companies mentioned on the forum or called any of the names mentioned on the forum. Here's what I got, I'd really appreciate any input into this... I want to start taking them, but
now I'm scared.

10 tablets in a foil pack; Each pack is labeled as follows:

SLIMBANT (each film coated tablet contains 20 mg Rimonabant)
Cruise Pharcacia Pvt, Ltd
Mgf by: Cosmas Pharmacls

Is it Slimbant or Rimonabant? B/C Acomplia is the generic for Rimonabant.

Slimbant is a generic of Acomplia (Rimonabant) made by Cruise Pharmacia in India.

I started taking mine today. I was dreading the possibility of some of the more terrible side effects, but so far, nothing.. If I didn't know I'd taken something I would never know.

:confused: Does anyone know if it takes a while for Acomplia to build in your system or is it suppossed to start working right away?
