Okay so I got my phen 2 weeks ago at the docs. I havent takin it yet because I read somewhere that you can fail a drug test because of it. Well i have been unemployed for quit a while and I have been applying and applying for jobs waiting for responses. Im scared that i might finally get a job and fail the drug test. Is it really true that you can fail a drug test on phen? :confused: I really need to loose this weight

Phentermine has anphendamine in it i took one for work also but if you tell them first and show them the prescription bottle its no big deal.

As long as you did get it from the Doc there shouldn't be a problem. Just take your script bottle with you. One of the questions on the form is, are you taking any meds that could affect the outcome of the test. Just be honest. Its's not illegal if you have a script.

Dido! It can cause false positives but as long as you take the prescription with you during the test instead of waiting till after you get a positive you will be fine. I have the same problem, I just started on mine and I have an interview tomorrow and a drug test. It will only show positive on the amphetimine part, not all of it. Good Luck!!!:D

Yes, you are right, it can show up but when i got my first ** my dr told me about that and said that they have a form they can fill out and give you to give to your employer. You might ask if your dr has one or could type you up a generic letter to give the employers when you go to take a drug test.
