I have been on phen for 3 wks now. I take it 5 days on and 3 days off. I have lost 13 lbs. The problem i'm having is on the 3rd day i'm off my stomach starts hurting. When I take start taking it again my stomach stops hurting. Does this happen to anyone else? Am I the only one taking it 5 days on and 3 days off? I can say i'm not the best at drinking my water either.

Yeah I haven't really had a problem with that. This really happens with the days that i'm off of the medicine. I'm wandering if it's a withdrawal or the fact that my stomach might be shrinking. I have to say that this morning is the 2nd day without and I actually feel like I want to throw up.

Are you suppossed to be 5 on 3 off?? My Dr never told me that??
