I used phentermine three years ago and lost 55 pounds this was in central california (Lemoore), since moving I have obviously not stayed the course and have gained back 40 pounds. Currently work in OKC and live in Norman so any help would be appreciated.

Matt, I live in Moore and am going to the Doctors Weight Loss Clinic on 12th Street in between Santa Fe & Western. I've gone twice (my initial and 1 month follow up) and so far so good...

When I did this last time it was a couple hundred for the initial visit then every other week would go in for B12 shot and every 4th or 5th week would get 30 day supply. Is thay kind of how it is at this place. I just don't want to feel like a complete idiot when I go in.

My first visit was only $75 but I had very current labwork results so I didn't have to do lab and I also received a prescription for PhenD. My second visit was only $60 and they have me a 30 day supply of Phen there at the office.

And just to clarify...I had personally requested PhenD the first visit and Phen the second visit. They seem to be very easy to work with. You schedule your initial appointment for a Thursday and follow ups can be done on a walk-in basis. And I've never discussed the B12 shots or anything else besides the Phen so I can't help you there. They lady that answers the phone is VERY helpful if you were to call her with questions. Hope this helps you out.

I forgot about The Broadway Clinic in OKC. They are at 13th & Broadway just north of downtown. Another good place to go. They require you to have an initial meeting with a nutritionist (either group or individually). I think they may have a website...thebroadwayclinic.com.

I lived in Edmond for many years and now live in the Dallas area. I went to the Broadway Clinic and then to Dr. Bobby Jacobs (he was with the Broadway Clinic for many years and then broke off on his own). His office is in NW OKC at the Edgewater Medical Clinic ~ on N. Portland just north of 63rd Street (in the medical building between the 7-11 and the retirement home).

I go to one in okc
Dr. Lawrence Kincheloe
3400 NW Expressway, Suite 500
okc, ok 73112
405-552-2980
They charge 75.00 for the first visit. and then give her a script for phen. Its 32.00 at pharmacy.
each visit after that is 50.00 and they do visits once per month.
Now if you bring someone with you that also wants to start phen, they will give you a discount. Each visit is 35.00 per person instead of 50.00.
Hope this helps if the clinc you made an appointment with does not work out.

I was on phen (37.5 dose) a couple years ago and I had great results. Now I live in OKC and would like to know where to get this prescription again. I'm under the impression (I may be wrong) that there are different prescription strengths for phen. I've read the above posts and they are encouraging, but I'm not sure if you guys are getting the same prescription I was on before. Could you elaborate? I just want to be able to get the same pills I was on before since I know they work. Thanks!

I will check out the broadway clinic. Do they take most insurance cards?
