found doctor in Waynesville, mo. If you have had a check up within the past 6 monthes. They requires that you bring your medical records and get a check up the total cost was 70 dollars and they only gives you 30 day supply but will give to a new supply every month and it will only cost you the 40 dollars . they wants you to come back every month so that they can see how it is working for you and if you are losing weight. the clinic IS LOCATE AT THE PULASKI COUNTY CLINIC, 107 ICHORD AVE, WAYNESVILLE, MO 65582 AND THEIR NUMBER IS (573) 774-2715. I GOT ME SCRIPTS FILLED AT WAL-MART AND IT IS WORKING GREAT. THEY ARE REALLY CONCERN ABOUT YOU REACHING YOUR PERSONAL AND HEALTH GOALS.

[There are three doctors in Waynesville that will give it to you. try the woman as a last opition because your 1st visit is going to cost you $175 and she do not take our medical ins.(TRICARE). Here is there contact information:

Here is my personal advise. Please do not go to wal-mart to get you pills because they no longer give out thewhite pills with blue dots. they have changer to a new company and there pills are light blue and dark blue. I tried them for three week and they did not work well. They did nothing for me. I had to go back to Dr. Gulley and let her re-write my meds script. the best place to go is
