Hello all,

I was just wondering, with so many people on this site, had any of you, any of you at all ever tried weight watchers? That's how I lost 36 pounds. I'm really contemplating taking the phen because to be honest, I'm clean and sober and have been for 21 months. Phen is habit forming. Do any of you feel like you have become addicted? I see a lot of you write things like, "It gave me so much energy, I love the way it makes me feel!" Does this not concern anyone? I know I posted something the other day about having trouble with getting phen, but the more I think about it, the more I think I should just stick to eating healthy like I've done for the last 7 months. You guys don't even wanna know what kind of addict I was, but just imagine the feeling of phen times 1000... I'm sure you guys get the idea. So, back to my main question, are any of you addicted OR have any of you been clean and sober or in the program or know what I am talking about? Would you consider taking the phen to be a relapse? Any thoughts would be appreciated. :)

I'V BEEN ON PHEN FOR 6 WEEKS AND I DON'T RECOMMEND PHEN TO ANYONE,BEACUSE OF ALL THE SIDE EFFECTS I HAVE WENT THROUGH. I THINK IF YOU DID HAVE A PROBLEM , YOU SHOULDN'T START TAKING IT, IT IS VERY HABIT FORMING. I TRIED TO SKIP MY PILL A FEW DAYS AND I FEEL LIKE A ZOMBIE AND I END UP TAKING IT ANYWAYS!

I believe there are those on here who use/have used WW and some who do WW and use phen. If WW has worked well for you, keep it up! I would also say that if you have had a problem with addiction, phen could possibly trigger a relapse b/c in the beginning you usually do have more energy and your appetite is non existent. However, this doesn't necessarily last very long, as you can see by all of the posts about when phen doesn't seem to work anymore. If you had an addiction, this may cause you to want to take more and more, at dangerous levels, to achieve that feeling again. ??? I would say it's definitely not worth the possible risk of screwing up your sobriety. You have come so far and have done so well!!!! You are very strong!!! Keep up the amazing work you've already been doing!!!!:)

ive been on it for 6 weeks and the only side effects i have had is a headache which almost everyone ive talked to has had. Ive tried all diets out there and normally you lose 1-2 lbs a week which is "a healthy" weight loss but when your over 200lbs you need to see more to motivate you. or atleast in my opinion why starve myself if i wont see results for 3 or 4 months. so i decided to take Phentermine and ive lost 34lbs in just 6 weeks. I defiently agree it can be habit forming espically if you have had a past with drugs. I have family members who are addicted to Phentermine yet they dont think so. anyway ive never had a drug problem before which doesnt mean i couldnt get addicted but i honestly think i would have a lesser chance then someone who has been addicted to drugs before. Good Luck in whatever you decide to do. People have different opinions about Phentermine but there are Pros and Cons to all diet pills.
