How do you get a tracker

I was just wo:confused:ndering how you get those trackers at the bottom of your page?

I got mine at extrapounds.com. You choose the one you want & then copy & paste the first link into your signature box here, under "quick links", "edit signature" (see top right on this page, next to "Log Out". There are others around but don't know where you find them.

Oh, also, If you ever go to post something, do NOT hit preview. It will wipe out everything you wrote & it can't be recovered. I just joined Phentermine.com on Thursday & wrote for a long journal (took an hour & 1/2) & lost it all in one click. Gah!

Update your weight in the weight log and it will automatically update your tracker :)

I did that. But for some reason it wasnt updating. But I think I figured it out. :)
