Easy easy!!! Cook up a chicken breast in a little olive oil (I like getting it real hot, but have a splatter guard just in case). I add pepper and emerils. Once it is about half cooked, add some Texas Pete Buffalo Wing Sauce to the chicken (I put a couple tablespoons on, some goes into the pan, I then turn the chicken to coat) Allow to cook the rest of the way on lowered heat, covered. I put a little more sauce on top, then put a piece of lowfat provolone on top, cover to melt. It's SO good... I serve it with light ranch and celery...

I might have to try that. We eat a lot of Chicken. My husband (is 1/2 filipino) makes chicken adobo pretty often. and it's time for something new.

That sounds good! I do something similar. I LOVE buffalo wings but they are so unhealthy of course.
I fry up a piece of skinless, boneless fit perdue chicken breast (thin). I add some Archie Moores Buffalo sauce. Yummy! Around 120 calories total and super good. Chicken is 80 cals and sauce is 35 cals per Tablesppon :D

love the buffalo wings. So I take chicken tenders roll them in buffalo wing sauce then roll them in Panko bread crumbs and then bake them. The panko is super crispy so its just like they are fried!!! Yum!
