Yes, yes, I did have a good time. LOTS of hiking. LOTS of beautiful scenery. My mom took the camera, so I have to yell at her to get her to bring it back. THANKS for the nice welcome back!

WATER - Drink at least 64 ounces daily
EXERCISE - A minimum of 15 minutes 3 - 4 times this week
WALK - A minimum of 30 minutes 3 times this week
EACH MEMBER NOW HAS ACCESS TO THE DATABASE TO SUBMIT THEIR OWN WEEKLY WEIGH IN AND STATS.

No. We were on vacation. I had to go buy a tape measure this morning for the measurements. But I've got it now and can submit those measurements shortly. :o

Alright, definately need motivation for exercise lol. been that TOM. tomorrow is my 1month weigh in at dr and my dh is going for his 2week weigh. the sad thing is I think he is going to lose in 2 weeks what I have lost in month. so my Christmas challenge is going with I can't let dh lose tons more than me .

So, I have a question. Is the competition between teams how much TOTAL weight we lose as a team? Or is it a combo of everything? Excersize, weight loss, water...etc?? Before I pay my money for the jackpot I need the info. lol

Hi everyone!
I won't be losing that much this week I'm sure...It's TOM for me too and I'm gonna
skip a few days of phen so I can try to jump start it again...I am gonna still eat
right and get as much exercise as I can so I won't gain any...
However, I hope the challenge isn't on how much walking we do or water we drink
cause there is no way I can tell ya...
I walk more than 10 miles every day in my restaurant so there is no way until I lose
some of this fat arse that I can possibly walk anymore in the evenings...I have
heal spurs that kill me just from all the walking I do at work...and I am constantly
drinking all day long either CL mixed in water or Diet Caffiene Free Dr Pepper or
Diet Rite Zero...
Good luck to everyone and now I'm going to read the yahoo board.. :)

Heehee I'll take it!!! At first my DH said that it read 148 and I was like are you SURE!?!? then he got down closer and said ok, looks closer to 147 and my hair was wet, so I'll take it!!!! :D
I tend to wear alot of jewelry lol and a water bra :p and this ****** is HEAVY, but it makes the girls look Goooood! ;)

CURRENT WEIGHT - 198
WEIGHT LOST/GAINED: Lost - was 201.5 on Sunday, today weighed in at 198 - 3.5lbs. WHOOPIE!!
WATER - (how many ounces) at least 5 bottles at 20oz a day - 100oz a day minimum
EXERCISE - (how many hours) my downfall - sorry ladies - 15 minutes a day
WALK - total for the week - 1.5 hours

current weight: 204.7
Weight lost: I was 207 on the dot I think, so what is that 2.9?
water: not counting, but it is roughly 120 oz a day
exercise: walked about 10 miles this week (roughly an three hours total. Been really busy this week-ugh).
I'm glad to be down that, I thought it would be bad. I started TOM yesterday, I've been so incredibly stressed out lately..ugh! Good job ladies!

I didn't do so well with my water, but the scale did move.
CURRENT WEIGHT - 138.8
WEIGHT LOST/GAINED: Lost - was 141.2 so I had a loss of 2.4
WATER - (how many ounces) not enough
EXERCISE - (how many hours) about an hour and a half of serious exercise
WALK - total for the week - around 5 hours. Son started a sport and I walk around the track with my daugher durring the cooler moments.

Well I didn't lose squat this week! :(
But... I think I may have lost inches.. cause my goal jeans.... are fiting better!! :D
My tummy ain't as pretty as i'd like, but thank God for empire waistline shirts that hide the roll! Cause they were the only clean jeans I had today!! lol
So, i'm still at 147....
I blame it on not being able to walk/jog as much as last week and eating more than I should....

No idea how because I haven't been eating more than usual....wait...I did have those Aussie fries this week, so that could have been it....and, I did have Taco Bell for dinner, but just a tostada and a nacho supreme. But seriously, I have been having a horrible week with stress and I do feel really bloated...so maybe TOM is on his way. If TOM doesn't show up, then I know I have some serious work to do!

HEY, IS ANYONE DOING THE ACV THIS WEEK? I tried it, but dang, I cannot stomach it. And I like vinegary stuff. I love pickles and vinegar and oil salad dressing. Just can't do it!

OMG, I was just coming on here to talk about how horrible it is. I didn't do it yesterday because I forgot, but I did it today. Blech. I will continue on though. What I did, was I measured it out, poured it in a shot glass, had my bottled water ready, took the shot then chugged the water lol.
