HERE'S WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU LADIES............

1. FULL LENGTH PHOTO ( FRONT & SIDE VIEW ) preferably in shorts / tank top

2. A CLOSE UP HEAD SHOT ( THIS IS WHERE WEIGHT LOSS SHOWS FIRST )

3. YOUR MEASUREMENTS ( BUST, WAIST, HIPS, THIGHS, CALVES, ARMS )

4. YOUR YAHOO ID AND PHEN ID

THIS INFORMATION WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO YOUR TEAM CAPTAIN NO LATER THAN NOON ON WEDNESDAY !

No more memberships will be allowed to the Yahoo page until your information is received. ( I hate to be harsh, but this is for everyone's safety and privacy. ) If you have already been approved and we have not received the requirements from you yet, you also have til noon on Wednesday or your membership will be TEMPORARILY banned.

ALSO - Continue to CHECK YOUR TEAM !!! If we continue to have new members, we may have to "shuffle " some weights around so that one leader isn't overloaded !!!!

As stated, we will start off slow for the beginning of our challenge so that everyone can become acclimated. Some of us are experienced exercise wise, some are not.
Ya'll will have to take it easy on me cause I'm an OLD chick !! :D

So, with that being said..... The challenge for week one is............

WEEK 1

WATER - Drink at least 64 ounces daily

EXERCISE - A minimum of 15 minutes 3 - 4 times this week

WALK - A minimum of 30 minutes 3 times this week

Yeah - this may be kinda lame to some, but as I said some are just starting off, and this may be just what is needed to get our b u t t s moving !!! If you can and want to do more, GO FOR IT.

Keep track of what you accomplished for the week, and input it into your signature as
follows. ( EXAMPLE )

WEEK 1 :

WATER - 483 OZ

EXERCISE - 3 HRS

WALK - 4 MILES ( or 1.5 hrs )

WEIGHT - + 2 OR - 3 etc...

We challenge each of you to keep a daily food log and have a basket of fruit readily accessible.

I will submit mine before Wednesday. I have a busy weekend ahead of me but I really want to do this. I need the boost to get my rear in gear and excersize. I probably would have lost 30 by now if I had been.

Morning Ladies - hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was busy, my niece was down for a softball tournament, they got eliminated yesterday afternoon - which kinda suc*ed, but was kinda good also. I don't know about ya'll but dang the food at the ballpark !! Anyhow today is a new day, and I am HOPING to lose 2 lbs this week before our weigh in on Friday.

There are some ladies on my team that I haven't heard back from yet, and if I get no response by Wednesday, I'm gonna start bumping names.

Just a reminder, if you haven't already done so, email your stats & pictures to your team captain by Wednesday !!

We've had a really good turn out on the yahoo page, and I'm really excited to see everyones results Friday.

Good Morning! Week 1 of the challenge is officially underway, and I hope you all are ready! I am really anxious to see how much progress we all make over the next few months. Moreover, I am pysched about this Friday's weigh in. I am kicking it into to high gear and hoping that this week will be the week that I finally break the 200lb mark. That being said, my goal this week is to lose at least 2lbs that would put me at 199.:)

This morning, my exercise routine included.

30 minute jog
10 minute Biggest Loser Women's Sculpt
100 leg spreader
50 wall push ups
50 crunches

This may not sound like a lot to some of you but for me, it was a challenging workout. I have only been walking the past few weeks and not doing that frequently since the really hot weather arrived. I am challenging myself to do this (or something similar) on a daily basis.

I'd like to hear from all of you the kind of workouts that you are doing. :)

I am still waiting on photos and measurements from a few folks so please send them to me as soon as possible. Pics and measurements can be sent via PM.

Periodically, I wll be posting article and other information that I feel would be helpful to our group. You can please feel free to share any and all information you have that may be useful as well.

Yes, Cmarie is your team leader so you sent it to the right person. It doesn't look like she is online right now, so If you want you can send it to me and I will add you to the yahoo database. Also send me your yahoo id so you can access the yahoo group area as well.

I knew I was missing something! I kept checking the yahoo site for comments. I totally missed this thread. lol I was wondering what everyone was saying about meeting our goals...I didn't know we had any yet:) So...Should I just start today with the keeping track of the stats?? There are still alot of gals MIA, TODAY is the deadline for our requirements, so by the Friday we will have a better idea of who is actually " IN ".

Yeah, alot better, but still hasn't gotten all of his feeling back on his left side. That was some scary stuff, it was his second one in 6 months. Right now, everything is ok, but we're just tired. Hospitals will wear you out.

Aushucks, sorry about not updating on the challenge. I somehow missed the post that we had teams entirely . I only saw the last post that said the teams so I just thought that I wasn't put on the team. If I would have know I had a team and such I would have replied the day I replied on my last challenge. In search of mes team I apologize to you as well. That's what I get for being such a blonde :) . Hope you guys are having success in this challenge and meeting your weight loss goals. I will see if there is another challenge. It was my own error so I really understand why I wasn't on the list. Hope you have a great time. So far I'm to 194. Haven't lost anything for a bit.

Wendy, you'll need to send your photo's to me or Carmen or enter them into the albums yourself and then Carmen will assign you to a team..plus we need your measurements...upper arms, bust, waist, hips, thighs and calves...Do this ASAP and you'll get assigned...
