Hello Beautiful People of the Board,
I am posting the summaryof Fat Smash, The Celebrity Fit Club Diet,. Without Phen I lost 14lbs in 9 days. You can do it clean or if you are a meat-aholic like I am you can add 2 3oz servings of lean meat. Although I would try to do at least 4 days clean without meat. I think anyone hitting a stall or need to lose quickly for a deadline and can't deal with the restrictiveness of low carb this is a great alternative. YOU HAVE TO EAT EVERY 3-4 HOURS. 411

Thanks I have already printed it out. I do have a question. The items in phase I are those servings per day?

Yes the servings are per day for example 1 cup of rice per day . 4 egg whites per day 2 plain yogurts per day AND ALL THE FRUIT YOU WANT!!!!!! I have not done this with Phen yet but I feel like it would be easier because of the control it helps us with. Good Luck !!! Please post or PM me your results
